The Promise Guided Reading Pack

This teaching sequence focuses on imagery created by the author through their use of specific techniques such as personification, alliteration and similes. The teaching time needed to deliver each component of this teaching sequence is 25-30 minutes. It is intended that there are sufficient activities in this teaching sequence to engage your children in meaningful learning for one week of guided reading lessons.
