Holes Whole Class Reading Teaching Sequence

This teaching sequence focuses primarily on the key skills of inference, retrieval and vocabulary. The teaching sequence covers 20 taught sessions with the flexibility to add up to 5 additional sessions if required. Throughout the sequence, you will find extension and support activities, independent reading tasks and a range of creative activities based on the text. Where possible, example answers have been provided to support the teaching and learning.
